EXECUTIVE COACHING
Insight and Development
All organizations are made up of individuals. Every individual has personality traits that can be assets or liabilities, and sometimes both simultaneously. Effective leaders are aware of which traits serve them best in a given situation or environment. This awareness can be learned through experience, as well as through the insight gained by working with a supervisor, mentor, or coach.
